Shooting Camp

IShoot focuses on shooting development and techniques to increase shooting ability and percentages.


Training includes:

1. Shooting fundamentals (2 and 3 pointers) 

2. Shooting scenarios

     a. Off the dribble

     b. Off the screen

     c. On the run (catch and shoot)

     d. On pressure

3. Floaters

4. Hook shots

5. Fade shots

     a. Step back

     b. Side step

     c. Off-balance
